(May 1st – Oct 31st) 8 BR minimum start at $1800/night plus 19% tax (additional rooms up to 11 BR can be added for $200 US/room per night). $300 US/night surcharge for a check in or check out on Sunday.  5% direct to owner discount.

High Season

(Nov 1st – April 30th) 8 BR minimum rental of $2600/night plus 19% tax and additional rooms $300/night (11 total bedrooms). 5% direct to owner discount

Holidays

(Thanksgiving Week $3850/night for 10 rooms plus 19% tax), (Christmas Week $4950/night for 10 rooms plus 19% tax) and (New Years Week 10 BR $6500/night plus 19% tax). 7 night minimum Holiday Rentals with Saturday-Saturday stay.
Villa can sleep up to a max of 24 guests (20 adults/kids, 4-6 kids).  11th flex bedroom is $450 US additional per night for Christmas and $650 US for New Years. Additional charge of $300 US/night per person for more than 22 guests (we have 2 fold out twin sofa sleepers in TV room) with a max of 24 guests. 5% direct to owner discount.

Please NOTE that rates are Based on Double Occupancy per room starting with a 8 BR minimum.

19% Tax and 20% Suggested Gratuities for the Staff are not included

We welcome families, however, it’s important to note that the villa is situated on a steep hill and has an infinity pool and jacuzzi that may make parents of young children uncomfortable. Adult supervision is necessary at all times.  The walk to the beach is approx 110 steps up or down for about one block and then it’s a flat 2 1/2 block walk to the beach (5 minute walk).
